Your first matches are on the house, with no sign-up wall in front of them. Keep a session going longer and it may draw on coins — a prepaid balance where the price always shows before anything is charged. Spent coins cannot be refunded, and nothing on CamNow renews without you asking it to.
Whatever you say or show in a session belongs to you — and so does the responsibility for it. Sessions run live and unscreened; nobody listens in, which is exactly why skip and report stay on screen at all times. The people you meet are members like you — treat them that way, and hold them to the same standard.
